Refunds
We are happy to process refunds if there is an error with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, damaged products, or items that do not match the description. To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide details of the issue, including your order number and photographs of the affected products if applicable.
Once we review the issue, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or send a replacement, depending on the situation.
Returns
Due to the nature of trading cards and to prevent the return of counterfeit or tampered products, we do not accept returns on any products. All sales are final, except in cases of order errors or defective items as outlined above.
Important Notes:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of product delivery.
- Products must be returned unopened and unused if a refund is requested due to an error on our part.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned items do not meet our refund criteria or if the items show signs of tampering or counterfeit activity.

1. Company's Responsibility for Return Costs
RedFalconTCG will assume responsibility for the cost of returns under the following conditions:

Company Error: If an error is made on our part (such as shipping the wrong product, incorrect size, or incorrect quantity), we will cover the return shipping costs. This includes situations where the item you received does not match your order.

Product Fault or Defect: If the product is faulty or defective and the fault is not caused by the customer such as damage during transit, we will also cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, we will either replace the product or provide a refund, depending on your preference.
2. Return Process

In cases where the return is due to a company error or product fault, we will provide you with a return shipping label at no additional cost. For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it, and if eligible, we will process the refund, replacement, or repair as per your preference.
